I am a big fan of going beyond the paper resume. Remember the Youtube post? Well, I just stumbled upon another candidate who really has the "WOW" factor when it comes to getting his brand out there. Although, Josh is not interested at this time--(we really need to get a .Net Developer role open for this guy), this is why he will no doubt find the perfect position soon.
